- Cranberry, Port and Orange Sauce. The sauce is of a thick consistency with cranberry pieces, pieces of orange peel/zest and cranberry seeds throughout. Ingredients: Raw Cane Sugar, Cranberries, Water, Cider Vinegar, Concentrated Lemon Juice, Port, Gelling Agent: Citrus Pectin, Orange Zest, Concentrated Orange Juice Packaged in a 190ml jar with metal lid.
