Description
Notepad with 2 magnets attached to the back to allow it to adhere to metal surfaces such as fridges. The notepad has 80 sheets and it is sold in wholesale quantities. The notepad is designed for shopping lists, reminders and to-do lists. It comes in 2 designs. The notepad is packaged for retail in clear plastic packaging with hook at the top for retail display.

Justification
Classification has been determined in accordance with the following: For the purposes of determining the commodity codes within which goods most appropriately fall, reg 3 (1) of The Customs Tariff (Establishment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020 sets out that the rules of interpretation contained in the following have effect – a.
