Description
The product is a packet of six blue coloured toilet rim blocks. Each block contains anionic surfactants and non-ionic surfactants along with two other synthetic chemicals. The block foams, cleans, freshens, and colours the water. Used for cleaning and hygiene purposes in toilets. The items are packaged together with blister card packaging.

Justification
Classification has been determined in accordance with the following: For the purposes of determining the commodity codes within which goods most appropriately fall, Reg 3 (1) of The Customs Tariff (Establishment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020 sets out that the rules of interpretation contained in the following have effect – a. GIR 6 - Has been used to classify the goods to subheading level 340250 - Preparations put up for retail sale. 8 Digit code 34025090 - Other than surface-active preparations; washing preparation and cleaning preparations. Also classified in accordance with: Chapter notes 3 to chapter 34. Harmonised System Explanatory Notes (HSEN's) Notes (II) (A) to Heading 3402.
