Description
A set of five empty plastic bottles made from 100% plastic, a plastic funnel and a plastic spatula made of polypropylene designed to hold cosmetic products added by the consumer. Two of the bottles have white screw on caps. The four larger bottles measure between 80 and 100ml respectively. The plastic caps for the larger bottles are made of polypropylene. One of the other two bottles has a white pump nozzle cap and the other bottle has a white deodoriser cap on the top. There is also a small 11ml round tub made of polystyrene. Packaged in a transparent zip lock plastic bag.

Justification
Classification has been determined in accordance with the following: For the purposes of determining the commodity codes within which goods most appropriately fall, reg 3 (1) of The Customs Tariff (Establishment) (EU Exit) Regulations 202 sets out that the rules of interpretation contained in the following have effect- a. General Interpretative Rules (GIR)s: GIR 1 Has been used to classify the product by the terms of heading 9605- Travel sets for personal toilet, sewing or shoe or clothes cleaning. GIR 5(b) Has been used to identify the type of packaging as packaged in a transparent zip lock plastic bag.
