Description
A fully portable HD camera that is packaged with an LCD Monitor, designed to be used together, to view and monitor livestock in trailers, during transportation. The camera is rechargeable and supported by infrared for visibility day or night. Linked via Wi-Fi to the 12.7cm long, non touch screen monitor, it has a 150° view with HD footage, a connection range up to 110m and can be fixed to the wind screen, via the included magnet or adhesive hook and loop. It has a power performance of a minimum of 12 hours and a high speed 2.4GHz chip transmission. It is powered directly from the vehicles power outlet and has an IP65 waterproof design built in. A Type C charging cable and cigarette lighter power lead are also included. All the components are packed together in a hard case.

Justification
Classification has been determined in accordance with the following: For the purposes of determining the commodity codes within which goods most appropriately fall, reg 3 (1) of The Customs Tariff (Establishment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020 sets out that the rules of interpretation contained in the following have effect – a. Part Two (Goods Classification Table Rules of Interpretation) of the Tariff of the United Kingdom (Reg 3(1)(a)); and b. Notes to a section or chapter of the Goods Classification Table (Reg 3(1)(b)). General Interpretative Rules (GIR)s: GIR1 – has been used to classify this product by the terms of heading 8525 – Transmission apparatus for radio-broadcasting or television, whether or not incorporating reception apparatus or sound recording or reproducing apparatus; television cameras, digital cameras and video camera recorders. GIR3(c) – has been used as it is considered there is no essential character and the goods have therefore been classified to last in numerical order within the tariff. GIR5(a) – has been used to identify the type of packaging - A hard case with a zip cover, inner lining and separate compartments for easy storage and transportation. GIR6 – has been used to classify the goods to subheading level 852589 – Other than elsewhere specified in this heading.
