Description
A personalised bracelet made from recycled plastics, 40% polyester, 18% polyurethane (pre-consumer), 37% polyurethane and 5% calcium carbonate. There is a brass metal, plated with chromium connecting the bracelet with a leather band inside to layer the bracelet together. There are ties made of kraft paper and iron securing the bracelet to the kraft box. The box measures 94.5 mm width, 94.5 mm height and 14.5 mm in diameter, with an acrylic glue dot to secure the lid and base together in the centre, with an additional glue dot to to secure the flap of the box in place. The box is personalised to include a specific name, with the words "saving the world ONE bracelet at a time" underneath. There is also a laminated gift tag with a white adhesive sticker. The bracelet comes with a male and a female version. The male version has a clasp measuring 23mm x 8mm, and a weave with a width of 6.5-7mm. The length of the bracelet is 210mm. The female version has a clasp measuring 22mm x 7mm, the weave has a width of 5-5.5mm, and the length of the bracelet is 197mm. The box has a detail of a circle on the top left corner of the front of the box which says, "RECYCLED MATERIALS", similarly it has a circle in the bottom right corner which says, "NEW LIFE TO USED PLASTICS". The box is packaged in a biodegradable bag.

Justification
Classification has been determined in accordance with the following: For the purposes of determining the commodity codes within which goods most appropriately fall, reg 3 (1) of The Customs Tariff (Establishment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020 sets out that the rules of interpretation contained in the following have effect – a. Part Two (Goods Classification Table Rules of Interpretation) of the Tariff of the United Kingdom (Reg 3(1)(a)); and b. Notes to a section or chapter of the Goods Classification Table (Reg 3(1)(b)). General interpretative rules (GIR)s: GIR 1 Has been used to classify this product by the terms of heading 7117: Imitation jewellery. GIR 5(b) Has been used to identify the packaging as a small box in a biodegradable bag. GIR 6 Has been used to classify the goods to subheading level 711790: Other than of base metal, whether or not plated with precious metal.
