- Description
- Ginger, A pre prepared product of uncooked, sliced ginger root, this is a ready to eat product. The ingredients are Ginger, Sugar, Vinegar, water Salt, Gari seasoning. It can be used as a side dish on it’s own, or to stir fry into various types of cooked dishes. The ingredients, Ginger, Sugar, Vinegar, Water, Salt, Seasoning are mixed together, packed into purpose, food grade plastic bags and heat sealed. It is then placed into sterilization unit at 90°C for 30 minutes to kill any bacteria. The net weight is a 1kg pack and 10 bags per carton, for retail sale.
