- Description
- Frozen boneless pork trim, fully deboned. The product consists of trims from the body of the pork with 50% meat and 50% fat, which is made from parts/cuts removed during processing but is not a specified cut of meat. The meat has not been seasoned or prepared. It is plate-frozen wrapped in blue film and palletised, with each pallet weighing between 800 kg and 1,000 kg, for bulk distribution.
