- Description
- The product is a video game cartridge for use in the Nintendo Entertainment System games console. The cartridge itself houses electronic circuitry including a ROM chip which stores the game contents, the cartridge is shipped in its original box. The box is coloured yellow and on one side of the box is artwork which features a cartoon like image of the game’s protagonist with the game title written in blue directly above, the other side of the box has the same yellow background and shows screenshots gameplay with explanatory text written alongside them and the same game title written above. The boxed game is itself stored in a clear plastic case

- Classification has been determined in accordance with the following: For the purposes of determining the commodity codes within which goods most appropriately fall, reg 3 (1) of The Customs Tariff (Establishment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020 sets out that the rules of interpretation contained in the following have effect – a.
