Description
The product is an electric guitar which was made by a guitar company with the yellow stripe graphics added by Eddie Van Halen who played the guitar during one of his performances in 2004. The guitar is signed by the artist with some other messages relating to that performance written in the yellow stripes.

Justification
Classification has been determined in accordance with the following: For the purposes of determining the commodity codes within which goods most appropriately fall, reg 3 (1) of The Customs Tariff (Establishment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020 sets out that the rules of interpretation contained in the following have effect – a.
