Description
A baby sensory arch, made from printed card components, designed for use during both lie-down and tummy-time. Constructed in a simple, flat-packed design for easy assembly that can be used in more than one orientation. The arch encourages gentle visual exploration and natural movement in early infancy. Assembled size is 62W x 41H x 15D cm and product is supplied with simple assembly instructions. Packaged in a full colour cardboard box measuring 33 x 16 x 3 cm’s.

Justification
Classification has been determined in accordance with the following: For the purposes of determining the commodity codes within which goods most appropriately fall, reg 3 (1) of The Customs Tariff (Establishment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020 sets out that the rules of interpretation contained in the following have effect – a.
