- Description
- The stator is a vital component of a diesel fuel injector assembly. It is situated within the injector body and forms an integral part of the injector’s electromagnetic actuator system. When electrical current is supplied to the windings, the stator generates a precise electromagnetic field that interacts with the moving elements of the injector, including the nozzle control valve (NCV), to facilitate accurate fuel delivery control. The stator is not operational independently; it connects both mechanically and electrically with other injector components via its terminals and mounting features. Following assembly, the components are placed into plastic inner trays, which are then packed into cardboard boxes for transportation on pallets.
