- Description
- The product is a pack of pipe cleaners. The chenile pipe cleaners are made from a base material of polyester. Each pipe cleaner consists of a length of twisted wire with the chenille incorporated along the entire length. The pack contains one thousand in an assortment of ten different colours. Used for arts and craft for example to make flowers, spectacles or arms, and legs.

- Classification has been determined in accordance with the following:- For the purposes of determining the commodity codes within which goods most appropriately fall, reg 3 (1) of The Customs Tariff (Establishment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020 sets out that the rules of interpretation contained in the following have effect: a. GIR 6 - Has been used to classify the goods to subheading level 960390 - Other than elsewhere specified. 8 Digit Code 96039099 - Other than hand-operated mechanical floor sweepers, not motorised; other than road-sweeping brushes; household type brooms and brushes, including shoe brushes and clothes brushes; brushes for grooming animals.
