- Description
- The Thermoline designed solely or principally for automotive diesel engines. It is designed to prevent diesel fuel waxing or jellification. It achieves this through an integrated 24 V electrical heater trace, forming a heated fuel hose through which the fuel flows. This product is intended for fixed installation on trucks, and its design is solely or principally for automotive diesel engines. Stainless steel fittings, Rubber Hose, Electrical Heater Trace, Electrical Harness Assembled through a trace being potted within a fuel hose. Then hydraulic crimping of Stainless-steel feedthrough fittings, and assembly of electrical harness to provide power form the vehicle. – Electricity passes through the trace causing the trace to emit warmth. This raises the temperature of the fuel. Depending on the temperature of the fuel the trace self regulates to hit a maximum set point. Supplied within plastic returnable packaging.
