- Description
- The product is an industrial IoT (internet of things) based imaging device designed to operate in conjunction with a sensor, capturing still images and/or video only when triggered by a detection event. It does not function as a standalone camera and operates exclusively as part of a wider detection and verification system used in industrial and infrastructure environments. The unit is used to provide visual confirmation of sensor detected events, including pedestrian detection, and supports monitoring, safety, and risk mitigation processes. Image or video data is captured upon receipt of a trigger signal, processed onboard, and transmitted to a remote platform via an integrated cellular modem. The product consists of integrated electronic, optical, mechanical, and communication components, including: Image sensor and PCB-based electronics. Optical glass lens assembly. Cellular modem and antenna system. Industrial-grade housing (plastic and/or aluminium). Mounting bracket, weather shield, cabling, and stainless-steel fixings. These components are assembled into a weather-resistant unit designed for fixed installation.
