- Description
- This ruling is for the ABR Articulated Bend Restrictors only. The ABR's provide protection and additional weight to the cable to aid the transition into burial. The component is manufactured from Spheroidal Graphite Iron grade EN-GJS-450-10. Each male spigot at either end rotates and locks out within the female collar within the subsequent component to form a bend radius suitable for both installation over-boarding and operational conditions. The 2.5m of ABR's will be provided with epoxy coating and independent cathodic protection.
