- Justification
- Classification has been determined in accordance with the following:- For the purposes of determining the commodity codes within which goods most appropriately fall, reg 3 (1) of The Customs Tariff (Establishment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020 sets out that the rules of interpretation contained in the following have effect – a. General Interpretative Rules (GIR)s GIR 1 has been used to classify this product by the terms of heading 3914 - Ion-exchangers based on polymers of headings 3901 to 3913, in primary forms GIR 5b has been used to identify the type of packaging – drums 10 digit code 3914000090 – Other than aqueous suspension, containing by weight -20% or more but not more than 30% of beaded agarose, modified with nitrilotriacetic acid and loaded with divalent nickel ions (cas rn 1615227-97-8), and -20% or more but not more than 30% of ethanol (cas rn 64-17-5) Also classified in accordance with: HSEN to 3914
