- Super Duplex Stainless Steel Fasteners Washers These high-strength fasteners, made from S32760 stainless steel, are designed for harsh, corrosive environments. Stamped from plate or sheet metal, threads are cut, and components undergo heat treatment to restore corrosion resistance and duplex microstructure. Finishing steps include pickling and passivation. Each part is inspected for tensile strength, yield, and hardness. Used in the offshore energy industry to secure components. Supplied in boxes.
