Description
A subsea use bulk bag made from woven polypropylene, measuring 90 x 90 x 90 cm. The bag has 5000 denier yarn over lock and straight stitching The bag also has red lifting loops and white tipping loops .There is a company logo and all sides of the bag. The item is designed to be filled with concrete and the filled bag is used as a heavy ballast unit for stabilising assets.

Justification
Classification has been determined in accordance with the following:- For the purposes of determining the commodity codes within which goods most appropriately fall, reg 3 (1) of The Customs Tariff (Establishment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020 sets out that the rules of interpretation contained in the following have effect : a.
