Description
Cream Tea Box. The box contains a 60g plain scone, 28g jar of clotted cream, 28g jar of strawberry jam, 3g wooden knife and paper napkin. The scone is in a plastic sealed wrap, the clotted cream and jam are in glass jars with twist top steel caps, the knife and napkin will be loose in the box. Packaged in a single cardboard box. 116g.

Justification
Classification has been determined in accordance with the following:- For the purposes of determining the commodity codes within which goods most appropriately fall, reg 3 (1) of The Customs Tariff (Establishment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020 sets out that the rules of interpretation contained in the following have effect : a.
