- Description
- A complete Head End Power (HEP) module designed to provide up to 500 kW of electric train supply (ETS) to passenger coaching stock. The unit receives three-phase alternating current within an input range of 650–1,000 VAC, with a rated input of 680 VAC, and steps down and converts the electrical supply to direct current within an output range of 850–920 VDC, with a rated output of 900 VDC.
