Description
It is a structural support and pivot component used within the robotic mower assembly. It provides a mounting interface between connected assemblies while incorporating bushings that enable controlled movement and positioning of associated components. Its primary functions include: Providing structural support between interconnected mower components. Acting as a pivot interface for moving assemblies. Maintaining accurate alignment of connected components. Supporting the press-fitted bushings that facilitate smooth movement. Reducing wear and extending service life by minimizing direct contact between moving parts. The assembly typically consists of: A cast Aluminium bracket body. Two press-fitted bushings positioned within the pivot tube section. Integrated reinforcing ribs to provide structural strength and rigidity. Mounting features and attachment points moulded into the component design. The bracket is mounted within the robotic mower assembly and serves as a structural interface between connected components. The integral tubular section houses the press-fitted bushings. The bushings provide a bearing surface for a shaft, pin, or pivot component. This arrangement allows controlled rotational movement while maintaining alignment and minimizing wear. Packaging: Individually packed in a protective plastic bag. Protected against deformation and impact during transportation. Packed in cartons suitable for spare parts distribution. Labelled with part number, description, and traceability information.
