Description
The Cutting Disc (Lower) is a replaceable cutting assembly designed specifically for the companies robotic mower. Its primary purposes include: Supporting and retaining the pivoting cutting blades used by the mower. Rotating at high speed to provide an even and efficient grass-cutting action. Allowing quick replacement during maintenance to minimize mower downtime. Ensuring consistent lawn quality on large commercial and sports turf areas. Maintaining safe and reliable mowing performance throughout the service life of the robotic mower. The metal disc is made from aluminium or similar material. The cutting disc is a machined or stamped metal disc providing a means of friction reduction and thereby lower power requirement on the cutting motor. Blade mounting positions designed to accommodate pivoting razor blades. A central mounting interface or hub for attachment to the blade motor assembly. The cutting disc is mounted directly onto the mower's cutting motor. As the motor rotates, the disc spins and the attached pivoting blades extend outward through centrifugal force. The blades cut grass efficiently while reducing impact damage if they encounter obstacles. The disc provides stable support and proper blade positioning to ensure an even cutting result across the mowing area. It is packaged individually protected using a plastic bag or protective wrapping. Packed in a cardboard carton with cushioning material to prevent damage during transportation. Labelled with the part number, product description, and traceability information. Supplied as a spare part for maintenance and replacement purposes.
