- Thai Vegetable selection pack which includes: 10 x Fried Massaman Teardrops – 10 x 30g = 300g 10 x Fried Thai Green Money Bags – 10 x 20g = 200g 10 x Steamed Vegetarian Net Pastry Roll – 1 x 30g = 300g Green curry money bags filled with vegetables, coconut milk, lemongrass, green chili and garlic. These are a type of wonton. Teardrop shaped pastry parcels filled with vegetables, coconut milk, red chili, garlic and lemongrass. Similar to a wonton but larger and in tear drop/cone shape. Rice pastry rolls filled with vegetables, rice noodles, lemongrass and coriander. The outer casing is made from Net rice paper. These are similar to a spring roll but with rice pastry. The selection comes fully cooked and is frozen to be reheated by consumer. The three components are placed in a tray and sealed in a bag, and further packed into a retail printed carton. Total Pack Weight 800g.

- Classification has been determined in accordance with the following:- For the purposes of determining the commodity codes within which goods most appropriately fall, reg 3 (1) of The Customs Tariff (Establishment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020 sets out that the rules of interpretation contained in the following have effect: a. GIR 3 B - Has been used as the fried items are considered to be the essential character. GIR 5 B - Has been used to identify the type of packaging - Packed in mixed tray which is sealed and then placed in a printed retail carton. GIR 6 - Has been used to classify the goods to subheading level 190590 - Other than elsewhere specified. 8 Digit Code - 1905 9080 00 - Other than Matzos or communion wafers, empty cachets of a kind suitable for pharmaceutical use, sealing wafers, rice paper and similar products; other than elsewhere specified; other than containing 5% or more, by weight, of sucrose, invert sugar or isoglucose.
