- Description
- A proprietary stainless steel chinrest guide pillar for use solely in ophthalmic slit lamps. The component forms part of the patient positioning system, supporting and guiding the chinrest during ophthalmic examinations. It is cylindrical in shape, measuring approximately 438 mm in length and 15.95 mm in diameter, and has no function other than as a part of ophthalmic examination equipment.

- Classification has been determined in accordance with the following:- For the purposes of determining the commodity codes within which goods most appropriately fall, reg 3 (1) of The Customs Tariff (Establishment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020 sets out that the rules of interpretation contained in the following have effect : a. Also classified in accordance with: Chapter 90 Note 2 (b). Harmonized System Explanatory Notes (HSENs) Note (I) (C) to heading 9018.
