Description: A test loop translator. This is an item of telecommunications equipment designed to emulate test signals that are sent from satellites. More advanced versions, allow the signal level, frequency bands and other parameters to be controlled for various scenarios. Appearance wise it is a 1U size rack-mounted unit with a display panel on the front and two vents with various connectors for power and communications at the rear.

Description: safety depth switch A safety depth switch is for an underwater telephone onboard a submarine. The safety depth switch is made from multiple components, including: cast aluminium housing, internal brass pressure switch, terminal blocks and wiring. The product switches the underwater telephone on/off when the submarine is at a set depth. The Safety Depth Switch is mounted in a part of the submarine that free-floods with sea water.
