The value is applicable to supermarkets and large food stores in Inner London in Camden, Hackney, Hammersmith & Fulham, Islington, Kensington & Chelsea and Tower Hamlets. This value also applies to properties occupied for alternative uses where situated in the type of building described above.
Prices in this scheme
Properties in this scheme have a base rate price range from £1.00 to £525.00 per square metre or unit.
The VOA applies a base rate to individual properties in this scheme. This is the per square metre price for the main floor area in the property.
The VOA may adjust the base rate to take into account what an individual property is like.

A price for parking is not given separately in this scheme because it is (one of the following):
- already included in the value of the buildings
- not relevant, for example at advertising rights
