My reasonable excuse claim has been accepted but the number I was given doesn't work?
If your claim for reasonable excuse is accepted, you will be given a reasonable excuse reference number which will allow you to notify us of your grant of Enterprise Management Incentives options online. If the number is not being accepted by the ERS service, you can contact HM Revenue and Customs to report the problem.
