When to complete this form
Use this form to register with HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) if you are a letting agent who receives rental income for non-resident landlords.
Who should complete this form?
If you are a UK letting agent with a number of branches you can apply to register each branch as a separate letting agent. They can only apply if the branches deal with an average of 5 or more non- resident landlords each.
Letting agents who want their branches to operate the Non-Resident Landlords (NRL) Scheme separately, follow the link below to download and complete form.
If you have previously registered with HMRC you do not need to complete this form. You do not need to register on an annual basis.
