- Description
- Chorizo Pigs in Blankets is a Chorizo Sausage with Pancetta wrapped around it. The Chorizo is seasoned with paprika, garlic and rosemary and matured through a drying process. The Pancetta is uncooked pork belly, cured with salt and preservatives. The Pigs in Blankets are packed 10 to a plastic tray, with a packet of honey glaze, and small wooden sticks.
