Description
This product is a plastic geotextile geogrid mesh that is made from a polypropylene sheet, which is then punched and drawn to produce a square grid or mesh type structure with raised moulded nodes (39mm between each rib of the grid and each rib is a minimum of 2.3mm wide). The product is then laminated onto a nonwoven textile separator for use in civil engineering.

Justification
For the purposes of determining the commodity codes within which goods most appropriately fall, reg 3 (1) of The Customs Tariff (Establishment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020 sets out that the rules of interpretation contained in the following have effect – a.
