Description
A floor maintenance cleaning cloth. A rectangle pad made from woven polyester and cotton with a cut yarn pile. The flat pad has a sewn in ground cover with a nylon hook and loop tape at each end which allows the pad to attach to a frame (Snapper holder). The product is available in two sizes 45cm and 60cm and different coloured tabs (red and blue). The cleaning head is used for floor maintenance (applying polish and chemicals to hard floors) and sold to retail and janitorial markets. The item is individually packaged in a plastic bag with 50 items packaged in a box.

Justification
Classification has been determined in accordance with the following: For the purposes of determining the commodity codes within which goods most appropriately fall, reg 3 (1) of The Customs Tariff (Establishment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020 sets out that the rules of interpretation contained in the following have effect – a.
