Description
A crank is made from steel, designed specifically for use in the assembly to a turbo charger actuator. The actuator then controls the valve on a turbo charger which in turn controls the speed of a turbo charger. The actuator is attached to an automotive engine. Dimensions Approximate 2.3 x 1.8 cm.

Justification
Classification has been determined in accordance with the following: For the purposes of determining the commodity codes within which goods most appropriately fall, reg 3 (1) of The Customs Tariff (Establishment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020 sets out that the rules of interpretation contained in the following have effect – a.
