Description
The product is a white pump closure that is used as a dispensing solution for syrup bottles that makes it easy to manage portion control and keep work areas clean. The measurements are 305mm L x 71mm W x 32mm H with 5 ml dosage and 2.8cm closure. It also weighs 30 grams and is made from glass, high-density polyethylene and stainless steel. It is recyclable. The product is individually packaged in a plastic bag, 10 items (10 plastic bags) are packaged in a bigger plastic bag and 30 items (3 big plastic bags) are shipped in a cardboard box.

Justification
Classification has been determined in accordance with the following: For the purposes of determining the commodity codes within which goods most appropriately fall, reg 3 (1) of The Customs Tariff (Establishment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020 sets out that the rules of interpretation contained in the following have effect – a. GIR 5 (b) - has been used to identify the type of packaging - Individually packaged in a plastic bag, 10 items are packaged in a bigger plastic bag and 30 items are shipped in a cardboard box. GIR 6 - has been used to classify the goods to subheading level 841320 - Handpumps, other than those of subheading 8413 11 or 8413 19. Ten digit code - 8413200090 - Other than for use in civil aircraft. Classified in accordance with: Harmonised System Explanatory Notes (HSENs) to heading 8413. Note 2(a) to Section XVI
