- This is a children foot mask made from a plastic foot sock. The ingredients are: Aqua (water), glycerine, propylene glycol, paraffinum liquidum (mineral oil), ethylhexyl palmitate, C14-22 alcohols, C12-20 Alkyl Glucoside, glucoside. butylene glycol, centella asiatica extract, polygonum cuspidatum root extract, scutellaria baicalensis root extract, camellia sinensis leaf extract, glycyrrhiza glasbra (licorice) root extract, chamomilla recutita (matricaria) flower extract, rosmarinum officinalis (Rosemary) leaf extract, penoxyethanol, tocopheryl extract, phenoxyethanol, tocopheryl acetate, steareth-2, carbomer, triethanolamne, chlorphenesin, cetearyl alcohol, sodium acrylate/sodium acryloryldimethyl taurate copolymer, It is packaged in a card and in a foil sachet.

- Classification has been determined in accordance with the following: For the purposes of determining the commodity codes within which goods most appropriately fall, reg 3 (1) of The Customs Tariff (Establishment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020 sets out that the rules of interpretation contained in the following have effect- a. General Interpretative Rules (GIRs): GIR 1 has been used to classify this product by the terms of heading 3307 - Pre-shave, shaving or aftershave preparations, personal deodorants, bath preparations, depilatories and other perfumery, cosmetic or toilet preparations, not elsewhere specified or included; prepared room deodorisers, whether or not perfumed or having disinfectant properties. GIR 5(b) has been used to identify the the type of packaging. The product is packaged in a printed foil sachet. GIR 6 has been used to classify the goods to subheading 330790 - Other.
