- Description
- A battery operated portable, compact, and robust X-Ray generator which can penetrate steel up to 40mm at 120kV and up to 60mm at 150kv, which is intended for use in security applications, it is a versatile and user-friendly generator. It is designed for the rapid on-site deployment It is an advanced, x-ray, bomb and threat detection system and is also designed for industrial use. combined with an X-ray detector panel, batteries and charger and an imaging station. it is made up of a vacuum tube, high voltage electronics and a Wi-Fi module. The generator can be combined with various systems (not the subject of this BTI decision.) It is powered by a battery, power supply 120W.

- Classification has been determined in accordance with the following: - For the purposes of determining the commodity codes within which goods most appropriately fall, reg 3 (1) of The Customs Tariff (Establishment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020 sets out that the rules of interpretation contained in the following have effect – a. GIR 6 - Has been used to classify the goods to subheading level 9022 19 - Apparatus based on the use of X-rays, whether or not for medical, surgical, dental or veterinary uses, including radiography or radiotherapy apparatus; For other uses.
