Description
A fancy dress costume designed to look like a cockroach. The outfit consists of a partially stuffed body that reaches down to the knees. There are sleeves for the arms and two stuffed fake legs attached to each side of the costume to give the appearance of the cockroach's legs, the fake legs and arm sleeves have a trim of fake fur running along the top. The outfit has a zip that runs from the chest to the neck. The outfit covers the head but not the face, this has two stuffed antennas on top. The material is a knitted polyester textile. The costume comes packaged in a transparent hanging polybag with a card insert containing a picture and description of the product.

Justification
Classification has been determined in accordance with the following: For the purposes of determining the commodity codes within which goods most appropriately fall, reg 3 (1) of The Customs Tariff (Establishment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020 sets out that the rules of interpretation contained in the following have effect – a.
