Description
Banana novelty mascot style costume. A one piece costume representing a large banana. Costume reaches from the head to the knees approximately 152 to 183 cm long. Features cut armholes without sleeves. The costume covers the head with a cut out at the front for the face to fit through. Made from polyester fabric laminated to foam which gives a fairly rigid composition to hold the banana shape during wear. The costume is yellow with black at tips of the banana shape. Composition is 100% polyester knitted. Packaged in a hanging polybag with card insert showing product image and description.

Justification
Classification has been determined in accordance with the following: For the purposes of determining the commodity codes within which goods most appropriately fall, reg 3 (1) of The Customs Tariff (Establishment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020 sets out that the rules of interpretation contained in the following have effect – a.
