Description
A household child safety gate 30 mm x 730 mm x 720 mm that is used for confining children or animals in the home. Its is made from 96% alloy steel and 4% plastic components This safety gate is suitable for children from 6-24 months, is white, has a weight of 4 kg, and there is no drilling required. The safety gate has 4 pressure points so can be attached to a door frame or at the bottom or top of the stairs. It can also be moved easily if the child is taken upstairs, and is packaged for retail sale.

Justification
Classification has been Determined in Accordance with the following:- For the purposes of determining the commodity codes within which goods most appropriately fall, reg 3 (1) of The Customs Tariff (Establishment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020 sets out that the rules of interpretation contained in the following have effect – a.
