Description
The product is dandelion extract which used in the form of capsules/ tablets. It contains dandelion and maltodextrin (carrier). The Product is stored and imported in 25kg fibre drum. Product process: Dandelion root (washing) chopping – Raw material extract twice under 80℃ mix the extraction – filtration – filtrate - Concentration(80℃) - Mix concentration liquid - Spry-drying – smash, sifting mixture, detection.

Justification
Classification has been determined in accordance with the following: - For the purposes of determining the commodity codes within which goods most appropriately fall, reg 3 (1) of The Customs Tariff (Establishment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020 sets out that the rules of interpretation contained in the following have effect: a.
