Description
An electrical connector made up of a number of components including brass, bronze, steel and plastic with copper conductors. It facilitates continuous electrical connectivity between 2 vessels and is designed for use underwater. The connector itself has a mechanism that allows continuous connectivity whilst at the same time allowing the connected cables to rotate. It is packaged in a wooden box

Justification
Classification has been determined in accordance with the following: For the purposes of determining the commodity codes within which goods most appropriately fall, reg 3 (1) of The Customs Tariff (Establishment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020 sets out that the rules of interpretation contained in the following have effect – a.
