Description
X-Ray Fluorescence (XRF) Benchtop Spectrometer - Sulfur In Fuels (30kV) Energy-dispersive XRF benchtop spectrometer that performs non-destructive analysis of elements from Na to Am in a variety of different sample types, including solids, liquids, pressed and loose powders, slurries and filters. Additionally, the system measures the most common types of steel-ring samples and large samples not placed in sample holders. The system is pre-calibrated for sulfur in fuels (diesel, gasoline and jet fuel) in accordance to the latest and relevant ASTM, ISO, IP and JIS test methods. The system is equipped with a silver anode X-ray tube with an excitation capability of max 30 kV and a maximum power of 10 Watt. The system comes with a high-resolution silicon drift detector (SDD), 6 software- selectable beam filters and a spillage protection. The system is delivered with the following items: - 10.4" touch screen with built-in computer - Pre-calibrated for sulfur in fuels in accordance to ASTM D4294, ISO 20847 and 8754, IP 496 and 366, and JIS K2541-4 - a VHG diesel validation standard - Sample holder and a set of inserts (up to 52 mm diameter) - Starting kit, which includes - 100 P1 sample cells - P1 assembly tool - 500 pre-cut circles of 3.6 um Polyester X-ray film (for the analysis of liquids and loose powders)

Justification
Classification has been determined in accordance with the following: For the purposes of determining the commodity codes within which goods most appropriately fall, reg 3 (1) of The Customs Tariff (Establishment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020 sets out that the rules of interpretation contained in the following have effect – a.
