- Description
- Energy Dispersive X-Ray Fluorescence (EDXRF) Benchtop Spectrometer Benchtop spectrometer with a rhodium (Rh) anode x-ray tube, performs non-destructive analysis of elements from fluor (F) to americium (Am) in solids, liquids, loose- and pressed-powders and filters. The system offers 30 kV excitation capabilities, a maximum current of 2 mA and a maximum power of 10 W. Handles all above mentioned sample types, as well as most types of steel ring samples, using sample holders. The high lid permits analysis of larger samples (not placed in sample holders) with maximum dimensions of 10 x 20 x 10 cm (H x W x D). The system is delivered with the following items: · X-ray tube with Rh anode and 50 micrometer Be window · a 6-position filter assembly · SDD10 detector with a resolution < 145 eV · Linear Input Count Rate up to 1.500 kcps (@ 50% dead time) · a 10-position sample tray with 10 standard sample holders and a set of inserts · a sample spinner · a helium (He) purge system · a USB interface cable · a starting kit, which includes 100 P1 sample cells and 500 pre-cut circles of 3.6 um Polyester X-ray film (for the analysis of liquids and loose powders)
