- Description
- A benchtop spectrometer with a silver (Ag) anode x-ray tube, performs non-destructive analysis of elements from fluorine (F) to americium (Am) in solids, liquids, loose- and pressed-powders and filters. The system offers 50 kV excitation capabilities, a maximum current of 3 mA and a maximum power of 15 W. The Air Quality Edition of the It is equipped with 10 dedicated air-filter sample holders and corresponding set of inserts. It can handle all above mentioned sample types, as well as most types of steel ring samples, using dedicated sample holders. The high lid permits analysis of larger samples (not placed in sample holders) with maximum dimensions of 10 x 20 x 10 cm (H x W x D).
