- Description
- Product is a spectrometer which uses x-rays as part of it’s analysing process. It comprises a number of components including a spectrometer cabinet with thermal stability control system an integrated X-Y-Z sample changer for unattended batch analysis, a turret-style sample loading mechanism with an airlock chamber which allows the tube to remain at full power while samples are changed, maximizing stability and minimizing the risk of tube window damage. A sophisticated vacuum system which, in combination with the sample airlock, eliminates the need to evacuate the entire optical chamber before each measurement, a sample spinner, a 1 KW X-ray tube with programmable generator, various filters, crystals, collimator and collimator mask, integrated flow detector, digital multi-channel analyser, goniometer, 2x 37mm sample holders and a power cord.
