- Description
- Product is a wafer analyser for measuring wafers up to 300mm in diameter and designed to be used with certain types of x-ray tubes with currents of up to 160ma. It can be configured with up to 24 fixed measuring channels for simultaneous determination of the elements of interest. High performance channels with enhanced sensitivity for light elements can be added to minimize measurement times. Various wafer handling option can be added, ranging from manual wafer loading to open cassette, SMIF, or FOUP based robotic loading modules.
