- Description
- This is a 7 inch paint roller and a tray, used for painting and decorating. The roller is made from a polyester fibre with a plastic handle and comes in a plastic tray which is used for holding the paint to do the decorating. It is comes packed in a clear plastic wrapper with a label on.

- Classification has been determined in accordance with the following: For the purposes of determining the commodity codes within which goods most appropriately fall, reg 3 (1) of The Customs Tariff (Establishment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020 sets out that the rules of interpretation contained in the following effect- a.
