Description
A silicone cover which forms a tight, soft seal around the fire detector. It is used to block out external light sources for aiding the sensor's fire detection performance. It is press fitted and secured with designated tongue and groove slots into the fire detector. The product is packaged into cardboard.

Justification
Classification has been determined in accordance with the following: For the purposes of determining the commodity codes within which goods most appropriately fall, reg 3 (1) of The Customs Tariff (Establishment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020 sets out that the rules of interpretation contained in the following have effect – a.
