Description
This product is a handheld pump made of polypropylene (PP) that is red in colour and has a T shaped handle in black. The bicycle pump set can be used for pumping the wheels on bicycles but can also be used to pump footballs. The bicycle pump comes in a Polyethylene bag sealed with a header card.

Justification
Classification has been determined in accordance with the following: For the purposes of determining the commodity codes within which goods most appropriately fall, reg 3 (1) of The Customs Tariff (Establishment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020 sets out that the rules of interpretation contained in the following have effect – a.
