- Description
- The hair bobbles are formed from a circular vulcanised rubber band encased with synthetic fibres (non-woven polyester). There are 50 multi-coloured bobbles included, each 4cm in diameter. They are used to secure and hold the hair in place. The hair bobbles are attached to a PVC sleeve card, put up for retail sale.
